Cancellation Policy

By making a reservation with our establishment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of the following reservation policy: Non-refundable deposit: To confirm the reservation, the client must pay a non-refundable deposit of $75. This deposit guarantees the availability of the reserved services for the specified dates. Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations can be made up to 12 hours before the appointment. Date changes: Changes to the reservation dates are subject to availability. Any request to change the date must be communicated to us at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled arrival time. No-show: In the event of a no-show, the deposit will not be refunded. Balance payment: The remaining balance must be paid at the end of the service. By accepting this reservation policy, the client acknowledges the non-refundable nature of the deposit and agrees to comply with the terms stated above.
